(SCGR) is a corporation organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the 1954 Internal Revenue Code of the Virgin Islands of the United States. The corporation is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan organization whose main purpose is to develop, promote, coordinate, and implement programs and activities designed to ensure the perpetuity of the Government Employees Retirement System (GERS) for the benefit of the current employees and the retirees of the system.</p><p>Membership dues and donations directly and immediately support St. Croix Government Retirees Inc. through its legal battles, educational forums, and community service opportunities. We work to guarantee the next generation of retirees enjoy an annuity as we are.</p><p>The SCGR’s success is built on the foundation of the continued support of Retirees.
