Initiative Petition Letter & April Voter’s Statistical Report

Attach is a copy of the SCGR Initiative Petition Letter along with the April 9, 2018 Voter's Statistical Report.  As per Section 12 of the ROA, SCGR's next step is to collect signatures for the Petition. As in the first phase, you are encouraged to obtain more signatures than the minimum.
